This class is designed to help you safely move, express, and release stored anger from the body so it no longer weighs on your mind, mood, and nervous system. Through breath, movement, and guided release, you’ll create space for more peace, clarity, softness, and emotional freedom.
So many people have been taught to suppress anger, judge it, or turn it inward. But when anger stays trapped, it can build into resentment, tension, burnout, emotional heaviness, and even depression. Louise Hay taught that depression can be linked to anger that feels unsafe or unacceptable to express, along with hopelessness. This class offers a healthy space to let that energy move—so it doesn’t keep living inside you. Â
You do not need to be “an angry person” to benefit. This class is for anyone who feels irritable, emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, shut down, resentful, or weighed down by feelings they’ve been carrying for too long.
